Admission Procedure

Admission into any of the Two diploma courses at SIHM Sawai Madhopur is made strictly on the basis of merit, determined by the aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination(s) as specified for each course. Admission is finalized through the counseling procedure conducted at the Institute on the dates declared in the official notification.

Reservation in Admission

The Institute follows the reservation policy as per Government guidelines:

  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 15%

  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 7.5%

  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27%

  • Physically Handicapped (PH): 1%

  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10%

Candidates who have passed examinations other than those mentioned must submit an equivalence certificate from a recognized board or university.

Incomplete applications will not be considered, and candidates are advised to ensure that their applications are complete in all respects. All supporting documents must be self-attested and attached with the application form.

How to Apply

Duly filled application forms for admission must reach the Institute office by the specific date notified in the advertisement. Each application must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following documents:

  1. Pass Certificate of 12th Class, showing the Date of Birth.

  2. Certificate of Good Health from a qualified doctor (original form attached at the end of the prospectus).

  3. Caste/EWS Certificate in support of belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or EWS, wherever applicable.

  4. Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.

  5. Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination.

  6. Two passport-size photographs.

Note:
Incomplete application forms will be rejected, and applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
